FAQs

☀️ UV Tanning FAQs

1. How often can I tan in a UV bed?
Once every 24 hours, max! Your skin needs a break to develop that golden glow — patience = pretty.

2. Do I really need to wear goggles?
Yes, yes, and YES. It’s legally required and protects your eyes. We provide them, so you have no excuse!

3. Why should I use indoor tanning lotion?
Indoor tanning lotions help you tan faster, keep your skin hydrated, and protect the bed. Regular lotion is a no-go — save that for home.

4. When will I see results?
Usually within 2–3 sessions, but results vary. Keep it consistent and don’t overdo it. You’re going for “glowing,” not “lobster.”

5. Can I tan while on medication?
Some meds increase UV sensitivity. If you're unsure, check with your doctor — or play it safe with spray tanning!

🔴 Red Light Therapy (RLT) FAQs

1. Will I get tan from RLT?
Nope! Red Light Therapy doesn’t use UV rays, so you won’t tan. But you will glow in a whole different way.

2. How long is a session?
Each session lasts up to 20 minutes — just long enough for your skin to recharge and sneak in a mini nap.

3. Can I use RLT and UV tanning in the same day?
Absolutely! Since RLT has no UV, you can pair it with a UV session without overdoing it. Think of it as a glow-up combo.

4. Will I get hot in the RLT bed?
No roasting here. It warms up to a cozy, comfortable temperature — kind of like a sunbeam without the burn. Plus, there’s a fan if you like a breeze.

5. Will I see results right away?
You might feel super relaxed after your first session, but visible results take consistency. For best results:
2–3 times a week for the first month
1–2 times a week for maintenance
Slow and steady wins the glow!

🌈 Spray Tanning FAQs

1. How long will my spray tan last?
With good aftercare, about 7–10 days. Daily moisturizing is key. Avoid chlorine and long hot baths unless you’re done being bronze.

2. What should I wear to my appointment?
Loose, dark clothing is your best friend. Tight clothes can cause streaks, and we’re not here for zebra vibes.

3. Do I need to exfoliate first?
Yes! Smooth skin = smooth tan. Focus on elbows, knees, ankles — anywhere that gets a little... crusty.

4. Will I look orange?
Not unless you're dressing up as a pumpkin. Our solutions are formulated for natural, golden tones — no Cheeto chic here.

5. When can I shower?
Gradual tan: wait 8–12 hours
Rapid tan: wait 3–4 hours
No scrubbing, just a gentle rinse and pat dry like you're in a fancy skincare commercial.
